The second thing is, we want everyone to get a bonus. When we seize these opportunities, those are some byproducts of it. But the things that are even better than that are some monetary things. What’s even better than that is the recognition of doing a good job, the ownership in it, being praised, encouraged, and given more responsibility. That’s what really builds people.
