Shanna, what’s her strengths? She really cares about the work that she does. Just like Rich said, team players. She wants to get the job done and help the team. Great communication, very close, very fast. She’s willing to do what we need done. If we need Vehicles taken over, she’s going to manage Vehicles. If we need licenses help, she’s – I mean, it may not be her written job description. You’re never going to hear one of these people say, “That’s not my job.” Right? That’s never the approach we have on this team, and I think anywhere in the company.

But you know, Sean is one of those people. If somebody comes to her and says, “I need this,” you’ve got it. I think you’ve got it. Great attitude. You’ve got a positive attitude. You’re willing to do whatever it takes. And the whole PM assistance up there, you guys have it. It’s a breath of fresh air when you go upstairs.

So, one of the things – and I think that, okay, that I haven’t said it tomorrow, like, I’m sure Shanna can say – kind of goes back to what you said when you started the company. You did everything. And I feel like that’s what I told Shanna. Anybody that’s come in through that assistant role, we’re here to do whatever they need. You know, whatever it is, we’re going to get a lot of tasks. Everybody comes to us, whether it’s the shop service number, LED – yeah, you never know that they have a big workload that they do. And you go up there, yeah, I mean, they’re smiley. I mean, traffic back, happy to see you. We genuinely love what we do, so it makes it easy to be happy to do it.
