They take the time to actually show you how to do it so the next time you can do it on your own. I just felt so comfortable; they were very welcoming. I really enjoy being able to watch the project go from the ground up. You know, I’m brand new, and our owner or our leader already knew who I was. Fantastic! That’s building people. Like, you don’t always see owners of companies going out and talking to the people at the bottom of the totem pole.

If you’re sitting at a table and everybody at that table looks the same, you have a problem because you’re not going to get a diverse opinion. That’s what that week, I think, brings to me and to this industry.
