Moving through from a green strip of grass, when I came out here the first time to the first piece of pipe laid in the ground, to the first set of wires pulled in, switch gear set, turned it on last 17th of last month, permanent power’s on. You know, now we’re looking at putting in light fixtures, turn on lights, turn on equipment. Moving from rough in to finishes, there’s a lot of things that people don’t realize that go into this kind of construction.

When you’re trying to detain people, you’re trying to protect them from harming themselves and others. You’re also trying to protect every piece of critical equipment that’s in the facility.
