All right, we’re out at Geiger Concrete. We’re doing their new facility, and you guys have achieved some amazing things out here. The one that’s really caught my attention, though, is the fact that if we spin over here, you look way up there. Right there, they had to run 48 conduits from there down to this building right here. How far of a run was that? Right around 350 feet, roughly a 350-foot trench. 350-foot long trench with 48 conduits in it. Holy moly, that’s Joseph.

Joseph also looked at the schedule and figured out that was not supposed to happen until phase four. We talked to the general contractor and brought it into phase one and completed that work way ahead of schedule. So now Joe’s in here, going to finish out the building probably several months early by managing the schedule and talking to the GC and pulling work ahead. So yeah, that’s awesome.

A lot of times, for whatever reason, a schedule gets built, and they’re not really thinking about the end product. For us, we’re thinking about the day we can turn power on. That’s always super important to the customer. And if you had not taken that step, both of you, and decided we’re going to be proactive and tell the customer you need to change this schedule, they’d be pretty unhappy right now, wouldn’t they? Yes, they would. Yeah, they’d been a big rush on our end. They’ve been a scramble. Instead, we were able to pour it forward and put the workplace a lot earlier.

We would also have had to do it in December or January when the ground is frozen. So instead of that, we did it in June. Manage your schedules, pay attention to schedules, bring up ideas that will help the job be successful. That’s right. Sweet, great job, guys.
