So, we’re going to go visit the Smithville Cultivation Center up here in Smithville, Missouri. It’s a new marijuana medical marijuana grow facility, pretty large, and new to the area. We’re excited about this project because there’s a lot of opportunity, and the reason I’m involved is due to the opportunity we have for pre-fabrication on the project and a lot of work that we can prepare and have assembled and ready for installation when the project starts really getting to crunch time.

It’s a very tight schedule, less than six months for completion from the date of start. The project is currently in the phase of under-slab rough-in. I think the schedule, just the schedule and the process overall, it’s still just a facility. The occupancy within the facility, you know, there are some wet and damp locations that are a little bit challenging, but nothing we haven’t dealt with in the past in regards to coolers and freezers and things like that. I mean, it’s familiarized work.

The schedule is the biggest challenge on it. It’s just a short schedule and a lot of work to accomplish in a short amount of time. I think this may be Chad’s largest project to date. I’m really excited for Chad and his opportunity on this project. The build itself, there are two generators on the project, and there are a couple of different services, both very large in size.
