It’s good to be together as a team. We had well over 100 here in the Kansas City location, and with COVID and the two years that we haven’t met together, it was really a good feeling. One thing that I really enjoyed about it was, you could tell the fruits of our efforts in the last year and a half of hiring and training. You could see the talent there, you could see the excitement in the guys, and you could see that they had goals, that they had a plan, that they saw that hey, we’re part of something here.

Today, I think it’s a really good way we get them all together because there are many of them that I have never met. So, having them together was good for me to see them. It’s also good for them to see us, that the owner cares about you, the owner has goals that are about you and about your life, and around your future with our 401k, with our “We Build People,” the fast track, those types of things that we’re working on right now. The 30 graduates, those are all things that we’re doing to help their retention and the team to stay with it long term, because they see a goal there.
