Position Summary:
We’re looking for a Digital Growth Marketing Strategist who can own both the strategy and hands‑on execution of our digital marketing efforts. This role blends creative thinking with data‑driven optimization to drive measurable growth across all digital channels. The ideal candidate is analytical, resourceful, and excited to build and scale marketing programs that generate leads, increase engagement, and support revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Digital Strategy & Planning
- Develop multi‑channel digital marketing strategies aligned with company goals
- Build growth roadmaps focused on traffic, lead generation, and conversion
- Conduct market and competitor research to guide campaign direction
- Identify new digital opportunities and emerging trends
Campaign Execution
- Plan, launch, and manage campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and other platforms
- Create and optimize landing pages, funnels, and A/B tests
- Manage social media content calendars and digital content creation
- Support email marketing, automation workflows, and nurture sequences
Analytics & Optimization
- Monitor campaign performance using GA4, CRM tools, and platform analytics
- Track KPIs such as CPL, CAC, ROAS, conversion rates, and engagement
- Run experiments to improve messaging, targeting, and user experience
- Provide regular reporting with insights and recommendations
Lead Generation & Growth
- Build and optimize lead‑gen funnels from awareness to conversion
- Improve website conversion rates through CRO best practices
- Manage paid acquisition budgets and maximize ROI
- Collaborate with sales to improve lead quality and follow‑up processes
Cross‑Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with sales, operations, and leadership to align marketing efforts
- Partner with creative teams for design, copy, and brand consistency
- Support product or service launches with integrated digital campaigns
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- 3–5 years of marketing experience, preferably in construction, engineering, or related industries.
- Strong understanding of paid media, SEO, email marketing, and analytics
- Experience with tools such as Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, GA4, HubSpot, or similar
- Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies
- Strong communication, project management, and organizational skills
- Creative mindset with a willingness to test, iterate, and optimize
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with proposal development and RFP responses.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and construction industry software.
- Basic graphic design or video editing skills a plus.
