Barts Electric is hiring experienced electricians as well as new apprentices for construction projects in your area! We have immediate openings and will be conducting on-site interviews on February 2nd from 10am-3pm at the Holiday Inn Express & Suites in Bentonville.

ONE-ON-ONE MENTORS PROVIDE GRADUAL HANDS-ON EXPERIENCE
Worried about being thrown into the deep end? Fear not! We believe in a gradual approach. For the first 30 days, apprentices dive into our comprehensive training center, mastering the basics. Once equipped, they’re paired with experienced electrical mentors and craftsmen, who take them to real job sites, showing them the ropes and imparting invaluable wisdom.

18 Years of age
High School Diploma or Equivalent
A Valid Drivers License
Reliable Transportation
List of Tools

Must have the ability to work in inclement weather, stand an entire shift, squat, bend, reach overhead, heavy lifting and climbing ladders. Ability to travel to our out of state projects strongly preferred.
