When Barts Electric first arrived on site, the only work that had begun was underground. The team got to work on infrastructure essentials, including hydronic systems and electrical distribution. Laying the groundwork for a high-functioning campus required careful planning and expert execution—something the Barts Electric crew brought to every phase.

As the campus took shape, its design leaned into sustainability and innovation. The buildings are constructed with modular wooden frames, beams, and columns. Once the structural wood framework is in place, the Barts Electric team steps in to install the exterior skins and power systems, bringing each structure to life.
