Scope
New 78,000-square foot clinic and 106,000-square foot hospital with 28 inpatient beds for emergency services and expanded outpatient services. Project included a 3-story attached medical office building. Included X-Ray, CT’s, helipad, surgery rooms, multi-utility fed distribution. Project required BIM. Scope of Work included all electrical, fire alarm, access control, multiple generator backups and ATS, lighting protection
