Over the past decade, our healthcare portfolio alone represents more than $1 billion in completed construction, much of it delivered through design-build. Notable projects include the Mike O’Callaghan Federal Medical Center at Nellis Air Force Base, David Grant Medical Center at Travis Air Force Base, a new hospital and medical office building in Dickinson, North Dakota delivered in just eight months, and a full main switchgear replacement and renovation at Blanchfield Army Community Hospital at Fort Campbell, Kentucky.

We provide input based on documented best practices for the design to help minimize costs and build efficiencies at the design phase.
