Brian Walker
Vice President of Operations
Brian Walker is a certified electrician and seasoned operations veteran with more than 18 years of field project management and professional oversight experience. He has led electrical installation teams in a vast array of commercial environments in all project phases, from pre-construction to closeout. Brian does not leave customer satisfaction to chance. Early in each project he invests time to thoroughly understand client expectations and then develops a historical database to effectively manage each step. As the company’s chief safety officer, Brian has worked tirelessly to create a culture that promotes a safe and healthy work environment. His focus on training and individual responsibility for safety helped Barts Electric earn industry leading safety records and the OSHA safety designation as “Best of the Best” among specialty contractors nationwide.
Todd Sattman
Vice President of Operations

Todd Sattman is an accomplished management executive with more than 15 years of experience serving the construction industry. Todd’s skills include leading electrical installation teams in a variety of commercial environments. His leadership is apparent from the first steps of the project to the closing of the job. With each project, Todd dedicates time to each individual client so he can fully understand the client’s needs. Based on client needs and expectations Todd creates a historical database to manage every phase of the project. Safety is another facet of importance to Todd. His diligent work on creating a safe and healthy workplace along with his drive for training and individual responsibility for safety, assisted Barts Electic to earn industry safety records and the OSHA safety designation as “Best of the Best” among specialty contractors nationwide.
Greg Yows
Vice President of Sales & Estimating
Greg Yows is an experienced business development professional with an impressive record of profitable revenue generation in business-to-business enterprises. Prior to joining Bart’s Electric in 2007, he was responsible for marketing and sales initiatives for a multimillion-dollar division in the construction industry. With his leadership, the division achieved double-digit annual growth in core business revenue. As the top revenue producer, he was recognized for his success in cultivating new business among emerging revenue channels as well as with existing accounts. Greg is a welcome addition to Barts Electric where he is responsible for reinforcing the company’s identity through all its communications, developing relationships with key industry contacts and expanding its geographic and national account base. He also works in the community to direct the company’s philanthropic efforts.
