During the inaugural year of Bart’s Electric, Bart Walker worked as the sole employee and laid the foundation for a thriving enterprise focused on three core values: People, Quality and Technology.

The tremendous growth of Bart’s Electric has proven that true. By its second year in business, Bart’s Electric hit the $1 million revenue threshold with a capable team of 15 employees. Now, 23 years since it was founded, Bart’s Electric employs a professional staff of 200 and has a solid record of successful electrical and systems installations at industrial, retail, institutional, correctional, military, and health care facilities.

From the very beginning, Walker set ambitious goals for his company. In addition to building a thriving business, he wanted to create a safe and professionally satisfying work place that values everyone’s unique contributions — a place in which employees and their families take great pride.
